Abstract:Based on the statistical data of 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions) in China from 2008 to 2017, this paper uses random effects model to analyze the influencing factors of agricultural talent distribution.The conclusions are as follows:(1) The attraction of agricultural talents is mainly affected by the level of agricultural economic development, the level of education and the area of cultivated land, but not by the cost of living and the level of wages.(2) The distribution of talents in the eastern region is the level of agricultural economy and the cost of living, and the negative impact of cost of living on agricultural talents is greater than the positive impact of agricultural economics on agricultural talents.(3) In the central region, the level of agricultural economy has a significant impact on talent.(4) The agricultural economic level and cultivated land area in the western region have a significant attraction to talents, and the agricultural economic level is more attractive to talents than the cultivated land area. Finally, the conclusions are proposed from the factors affecting agricultural economic development and education level.
