    为了解东北地区小粒大豆品种(系)的遗传多样性特点,利用21对SSR引物对来自东北不同地区来源的44份小粒大豆品种(系)进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,供试的44份东北地区小粒大豆品种(系)共检测到115个等位变异,平均每个位点等位变异数5.5个,等位变异数在3~11个之间,多态性信息含量指数(PIC)在0.309 1~0.815 7之间,平均为0.629 7。利用6对高多态性的SSR引物构建了44份小粒大豆品种(系)的指纹图谱,可以有效区分44份小粒大豆材料。44份小粒大豆品种(系)间的遗传相似系数变异范围为0.25~0.95,聚类分析结果表明44份小粒大豆材料可以分为5个类群,可以反映不同来源的小粒大豆品种(系)间的亲缘关系,可为小粒大豆遗传改良提供参考。

    Abstract:

    To determine the genetic diversity characteristics small seed soybean varieties(lines) in Northeast China,21 pairs of SSR primers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 44 small seed soybean varieties(lines) which were collected from different regions in Northeast China. The results showed that a total of 115 alleles were detected from 44 small seed soybean varieties(lines) in Northeast China and 3~11 alleles were detected at different SSR locus with an average of 5.5 alleles per SSR locus. The PIC ranged from 0.309 1 to 0.815 7 with an average of 0.629 7.Six pairs of highly polymorphic SSR primers were used to construct the fingerprints of 44 small seed soybean varieties(lines), which could discriminate these 44 small seed soybeans efficiently. Pair-wise genetic similarity coefficients of 44 small seed soybean varieties(lines) ranged from 0.25 to 0.95. The cluster analysis showed that 44 small seed soybean varieties(lines) could be divided into five major groups, reflecting a certain genetic exchange between small seed soybean varieties(lines) from different regions.
