    本试验对马铃薯生长过程中叶绿素动态变化、SPAD值与叶绿素含量和产量的相关性进行研究,利用SPAD-502测定仪和乙醇∶丙醇混合法提取叶绿素测定马铃薯叶片SPAD值、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素和产量指标(单株块茎数和单株块茎重)。运用相关回归统计分析等方法建立各指标间相关性的数学模型。试验结果显示:各叶绿素含量变化趋势相似,SPAD值与叶绿素b相关程度最高,R2=0.877,叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量与单株块茎数具有极显著正相关关系。说明通过SPAD值能很好预测叶绿素含量和产量,为马铃薯育种早期选择提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    In this experiment, the relationship between the dynamic change of chlorophyll and SPAD value, chlorophyll content and yield of potato was studied. SPAD value, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and yield index(tuber number per plant and tuber weight per plant) were determined by SPAD-502 tester and ethanol∶propanol mixture method. The mathematical model of correlation among indexes is established by means of correlation regression statistical analysis. The results showed that the change trend of chlorophyll content was similar, and the correlation between SPAD value and chlorophyll b was the highest, R2=0.877. The contents of chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were significantly positively correlated with the number of tubers per plant. The results showed that the chlorophyll content and yield could be well predicted by SPAD value, which provided a theoretical basis for early selection of potato breeding.
