    以马铃薯脱毒苗‘夏波蒂’‘延薯4号’两个品种为试验材料,研究了基质(以草炭蛭石体积比2∶1)中施入不同量生物炭(质量比为:0、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%、0.9%)对马铃薯脱毒苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:生物炭有效地促进了两个品种脱毒苗的根系活力及农艺性状,使脱毒苗生长发育良好。生物炭处理明显提高了脱毒苗产量及品质,产量呈先增高后降低的趋势。‘夏波蒂’‘延薯4号’脱毒苗在生物炭施用量为0.5%、0.3%时,产量较CK分别提高了39.3%、24.4%,淀粉含量提高了16.4%、13.8%。

    Abstract:

    The effects of different amounts of biochar(mass ratio: 0, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.7%, 0.9%) on the growth and development of potato virus-free plantlet ‘Shapoti’and ‘Yanshu 4’were studied using peat vermiculite volume ratio of 2∶1. The results showed that biochar effectively promoted the root activity and agronomic traits of the two strains of virus-free seedlings, which made the virus-free seedlings grow well. Biochar treatment significantly improved the yield and quality of virus-free seedlings, and the yield increased first and then decreased. When the biochar application rate was 0.5% and 0.3%, the yields of ‘Xiaboti’and ‘Yanshu 4’were increased by 39.3% and 24.4%, respectively, and the starch content increased by 16.4% and 13.8%, respectively.
