    以3个国外引进工业大麻品种格列西亚(V1)、金刀15(V2)和格里昂(V3)为试验品种,研究在轻、中度盐碱条件下工业大麻的生长特性、叶面积、干物质重以及原茎产量。结果表明,不同品种的株高、茎粗、根长、根体积、叶面积及干物质重随着土壤盐碱浓度的提高呈降低的变化趋势,轻度盐碱土高于中度盐碱土,差异显著;在盐碱土胁迫条件下,V1的生长发育特性优于V2和V3,中度盐碱胁迫V1的原茎产量最高,V2比V1和V3分别减少4.34、0.74 t/hm2,差异显著;结论:V1的抗盐碱性最强,V2最差。

    Abstract:

    Three imported industrial hemp varieties of Глесия(V1), Золотоношские15(V2) and Гляна(V3) were used as experiment, the growth characteristics, leaf area, dry matter weight and stem yield of industrial hemp under light and moderate saline-alkali conditions were studied. The results showed that plant height, stem diameter, root length, root volume, leaf area and dry matter weight of different varieties decreased with the increase of soil salinity and alkali concentration, light saline-alkali soil was higher than moderate saline-alkali soil, and the difference was significant. Under saline-alkali soil stress, the growth and development characteristics of V1 were better than those of V2 and V3. The stem yield of V1 under moderate saline-alkali stress was the highest, and V2 decreased by 4.34,0.74 t/ha, respectively. Compared with that of V2 and V3, the difference was significant. The conclusion is that V1 has the strongest salt and alkali resistance and V2 has the worst.
