核桃青皮制备土壤消毒剂的应用研究

    摘要:

    采用核桃青皮的乙醇提取物和核桃青皮渣来制备土壤消毒剂,以商品化的土壤消毒剂棉隆作对比,研究土壤消毒剂对土壤性质和土壤微生物多样性的影响及对番茄早疫病的防治效果。研究表明,核桃青皮的乙醇提取物和核桃青皮渣都能调节土壤的pH值,使土壤中的水解氮、有效磷、速效钾及有机质含量增加,使土壤中的微生物多样性增加。当用配方(核桃青皮提取物:硫酸铜:生石灰:米糠:干鸡粪=10:5:10:10:2)进行土壤消毒时对番茄早疫病的防效最好,达到71.9%,高于商品化的土壤消毒剂棉隆。核桃青皮提取物或核桃青皮渣与硫酸铜、生石灰、米糠、干鸡粪按照一定比例混配均能诱导番茄过氧化物酶(POD)含量的增加。

    Abstract:

    The effects of soil disinfectant on soil properties and soil microbial diversity and the control effect of soil disinfectant on tomato early blight were studied by using the ethanol extract of walnut peel and walnut peel residue to prepare soil disinfectant and chose dazomet as control. The results showed that the ethanol extract and walnut peel residue regulated the pH value of soil, increase the contents of hydrolyzed nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and organic matter in soil, and increase the microbial diversity in soil. When using the formula(walnut peel extract∶copper sulfate∶quicklime∶rice bran∶dried chicken manure = 10∶5∶10∶10∶2) for soil disinfection,the control effect against tomato early blight was 71.9%, which was higher than dazomet. Walnut peel extract or walnut peel residue mixed with copper sulfate, quicklime, rice bran and dried chicken manure in a certain proportion could induce the increase of POD content in tomato.
