    摘要:

    以7年生的红早酥梨为试材,研究不施肥(N0P0K0)、缺氮(N0PK)、缺磷(NP0K)、缺钾(NPK0)和氮磷钾全施(NPK)的5个施肥处理对红早酥光合特性和果实品质的影响,为农业生产上合理施肥提供参考。结果表明:氮肥对叶片净光合速率、气孔导度和水分利用效率影响较大,磷肥对叶片蒸腾速率、饱和水汽压差影响较大,钾肥对胞间CO2浓度影响较大;氮磷钾全施与不施肥相比,叶片中的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和水分利用效率分别增大了87.76%、69.95%、104.81%、78.68%和57.14%;缺钾对果实可溶性固形物、总酸、可溶性糖含量影响明显;净光合速率与气孔导度、水分利用效率和果实果径均存在正相关性,胞间CO2浓度与果实果径、可溶性固形物含量和总酸呈显著的正相关(P<0.05)。

    Abstract:

    The effects of N0P0K0,N0PK,NP0K,NPK0 and NPK on the photosynthetic characteristics and fruit qualityof the seven-year-old"Hongzaosu"pear were studied,so as to provide a reference for rational fertilization in agri-cultural production.The results showed that nitrogen fertilizer have a great influence on net photosynthetic rate,sto-matal conductance and water use efficiency.Phosphate fertilizer have a great influence on transpiration rate andsaturation vapor pressure difference,and potash fertilizer have a great influence on intercellular CO2 concentration.The net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration and water useefficiency of the leaves with NPK were increased by 87.76%,69.95%,104.81%,78.68% and 57.14%,respectively,compared with N0P0K0.The effect of potassium deficiency on soluble solid,total acid and soluble sugar content wasobvious.The net photosynthetic rate was positively correlated with stomatal conductance,water use efficiency andfruit diameter,and intercellular CO2 concentration was significantly positively correlated with fruit diameter,solublesolid content and total acid (P<0.05).
