    本研究旨在探究TMSβ10基因在辽宁绒山羊毛囊和毛乳头细胞中的表达。在测定绒山羊绒细度基础上,进行次级毛囊和毛乳头细胞的分离和体外培养,利用实时定量PCR对TMSβ10在不同细度绒山羊毛囊和毛乳头细胞中的表达量进行了检测。结果显示:所测定的绒山羊群体羊绒平均直径为(17.70±1.59)μm,TMSβ10基因在高细度的个体毛囊中表达水平显著低于低细度个体,但在体外分离的毛乳头细胞中结果相反。本研究为今后进一步深入研究羊绒细度性状的遗传机理提供了试验素材。

    Abstract:

    The objective of this study was to investigate the expression of TMSβ10 gene in skin hair follicle and hair papilla cells of Liaoning cashmere goats.On the basis of measuring cashmere fineness,secondary hair follicles and hair papilla cells were isolated and cultured in vitro,and the expression levels of TMSβ10 in hair follicles and hair papilla cells of cashmere goats with different fineness were detected by real-time quantitative PCR.The results showed that the average diameter of cashmere in cashmere goat population was(17.70+1.59) μm.The expression level of TMSβ10 in the hair follicles of high-fineness individuals was significantly lower than that of low-fineness individuals,but the result was opposite in the dermal papilla cells in vitro.This study provided experimental materials for further research on the genetic mechanism of cashmere fineness traits in the future.
