Taking six strains of Agaricus bisporus as research object, which were collected and preserved by the Institute of Tricholoma, Hebei North University, strain screening test were made to select the suitable strains for local cultivation. The comprehensive comparison of mycelial growth, biological characters and yield of fruiting body showed that Han 1 was the best, which showed the highest growth rate, the best mycelium vigour, the largest diameter of fruiting body cap, the earliest fruiting, the hardest texture and the highest yield.
