    摘要:

    以麸炒北苍术为试验材料,采用改良苯酚-硫酸法,测定麸炒北苍术多糖得率。利用单因素分析,对不同的液料比、提取温度、提取时间及提取次数进行考察,检测多糖得率的变化情况,筛选出最佳水平。采用响应面法对提取工艺进行优化,得出最佳提取条件。结果表明:在液料比为25:1,提取温度为89℃条件下,提取时间为68 min,麸炒北苍术多糖得率可达3.65%,为进一步开发利用麸炒北苍术提供一定的理论基础。

    Abstract:

    Using rhizome of processed Rhizoma atractylodis as experimental material, the yield of polysaccharide from rhizome of processed Rhizoma atractylodis was determined by modified phenol-sulfuric acid method. Single factor analysis was used to investigate the different liquid-solid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time and extraction times. The change of polysaccharide yield was detected and the best level was selected. Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process, and the optimal extraction process was obtained.The results showed that the yield of polysaccharide from rhizome of processed Rhizoma atractylodis could reach 3.65% when the ratio of liquid-solid was 25∶1, the extraction temperature was 89℃, the extraction time was 68min. The research provides a theoretical basis for further development and utilization of rhizome of processed Rhizoma atractylodis.
