    摘要:

    建立气相色谱法测定土壤、蔬菜和MSM培养基中异菌脲的残留分析方法。样品用乙腈振荡、超声波提取,上清液经Carbon/NH2固相萃取柱净化,采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱程序升温分离,选择电子捕获检测器(ECD)测定。在本试验条件下,异菌脲分离效果良好,其保留时间为8.263 min,相关系数r值为0.993 4~0.999 8,回收率为87.6%~113.4%,RSD值为3.2%~6.8%,检出限为0.001 mg/kg。该方法快速、准确,适合多种基质样品中异菌脲的残留定量检测要求。

    Abstract:

    A method based on gas chromatographic method was established to detect iprodione in soil, vegetables and MSM culture medium. Iprodione in samples were extracted with acetonitrile by shocks and ultrasound, then cleaned up using Carbon/NH2 SPE column, finally separated on a HP-5 column with temperature programming, and detected by electronic capture detector. Iprodione could be completely separated under this condition of GC-ECD,its retention time was 8.263 min, the correlation coefficient r value was 0.9934-0.9998, the recovery of the method were 87.6%-113.4%, the relative standard deviations were 3.2%-6.8%, and the detection limits of this method were 0.001 mg/kg. This method was rapid, accurate and it could be applied to detection of iprodione in multiple matrix.
