    摘要:

    为研究三裂叶蟛蜞菊对青椒的化感作用的影响,通过对三裂叶蟛蜞菊叶、茎水提液的制备,设置不同浓度梯度并对青椒种子的萌发进行处理,探讨不同部位及浓度水提液对青椒萌发和生长的促进或抑制的影响。结果表明:随着三裂叶蟛蜞菊叶片、茎段水提液浓度增加,青椒种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数均呈下降趋势,各指标均在处理浓度达到0.5 g/mL时达到最低,且三裂叶蟛蜞菊地上部分水提液对青椒种子萌发的抑制作用的强弱大小为:茎>叶。而幼苗的鲜重开始是随着水提液浓度的升高而增加,在达到最大值(11.14 g和6.82 g)后,随着水提液的浓度升高而降低。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the allelopathic effects of Wedelia trilobata on Capsicum annuum var. grossum, the aqueous extract from the leaves and stem of Wedelia trilobata were prepared, and the germination of Capsicum annuum var. grossum seeds were treated with different concentration gradient, exploring different parts and the concentration aqueous extract of Wedelia trilobata to promote or inhibit the effect on germination and growth of Capsicum annuum var. grossum. The results showed that the germination rate, germination index and vigor index of Capsicum annuum var. grossum seeds decreased with the increase of aqueous extract concentration from leaves and stem of Wedelia trilobata. And each index reached the lowest when the treatment concentration reached 0.5 g/mL. The inhibitory effect of aqueous extracts from the aerial parts of Wedelia trilobata on the germination of Capsicum annuum var. grossum seeds was stem>leaf. The fresh weigh of the seeding increased with the increase of the concentration of aqueous extract at the beginning, but decreased with the increase of the concentration of aqueous extract after the fresh weigh of the seeding reaching the maximum(11.14 g and 6.82 g).
