Abstract:To explore the interaction between planting density and fertilization level on the yield of high oleic acid peanut, an orthogonal regression design method was employed. The study focused on the high oleic acid peanut variety Jihua 25. The aim was to determine the optimal cultivation plan for high oleic acid peanuts in Jilin Province, considering the interaction between fertilizer and planting density. The results showed that the highest yield was Y=600.8 kg/667 m2, and the corresponding cultivation measures were 23,895 plants/667 m2, N 12 kg/667 m2, P<sub>2O5 3.8kg/667 m2, K2O 3.5 kg/667 m2.
