Abstract:In order to screen excellent Actinidia Arguta resources, this study conducted a comprehensive analysis of26 indicators from 9 wild A. arguta resources using the principal component analysis method. The results showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate of the first six principal components was 91.122%. The first principal component was mainly composed of the size of opened flowers, stigma number, single fruit weight, fruit longitudinal diameter, fruit cheek diameter, fruit thick diameter, fruit shape index and the ratio of germination buds. The second principal component is mainly determined by the number of petals, fruit flatness and soluble solid matter content. The third principal component is mainly determined by the overwintering rate of annual branches and the average number of fruits per fruiting branch. Based on the comprehensive index scores, among the 9 wild A. arguta resources(F1 to F9), F6 has the highest comprehensive evaluation score and F3 has the lowest comprehensive evaluation score, indicating that F6 can be used as an excellent resource for preservation and subsequent crossbreeding research. This study established an appropriate evaluation method for the resource character evaluation of A. arguta, and provided a theoretical reference for germplasm identification and breeding of A. arguta.
