    为探明灵武长枣的最佳施氮量,研究不同施氮量(0、50、200、350、500、650、800 g/株)对灵武长枣光合特性和产量的影响。结果表明,随着施氮量的增加,灵武长枣叶绿素含量、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、净光合速率、单果质量、单株坐果量、产量呈现先增加后下降的趋势,均在350 g/株时达到最大值;与对照相比,叶绿素含量、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、净光合速率分别提高8.3%、21.6%、77.5%、20.6%,胞间CO2浓度降低7.6%;单果质量、单株坐果量、产量分别增加8.2%、31.5%、42.7%。根据施氮量与产量的回归方程,生产上推荐施氮量为355.89 g/株。本研究可为中等肥力灵武长枣种植区的氮肥施用提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to find out the best nitrogen application, the effects of different nitrogen applications(0, 50, 200,350, 500, 650, 800 g/plant) on the photosynthetic characteristics and yield of Zizyphus jujube Mill. Lingwuchangzao were studied. The chlorophyll content, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, photosynthetic rate, single fruit weight, single plant fruit setting and yield of Lingwuchangzao increased and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application, and reached the maximum value at 350 g/plant. Compared with the control, the chlorophyll content, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and photosynthetic rate increased by 8.3%, 21.6%, 77.5%, 20.6%, respectively, the intercellular CO2 concentration decreased by 7.6%, and single fruit weight, single plant fruit setting,yield increased by 8.2%, 31.5%, 42.7%, respectively. According to the regression equation between nitrogen application and yield, the recommended nitrogen application is 355.89 g/plant. This study provides a theoretical basis for the application of nitrogen fertilizer in Lingwuchangzao planting area with medium fertility.
