    以蒙古韭和白玉春萝卜为试材,分别以浓度5~20 g/L的蒙古韭浸提液浇灌萝卜幼苗,研究萝卜的生长指标和生理指标的变化,以探究蒙古韭与萝卜间套作的可行性。蒙古韭浸提液浓度为5 g/L时,萝卜的单株肉质根质量、可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量、SOD和CAT活性均受到化感促进,单株叶片鲜质量、POD活性受到化感抑制;当蒙古韭浸提液为20 g/L时,破肚期和采收期萝卜的叶片数、根径受到化感促进;各处理可溶性糖含量未发生明显变化。结果表明,5 g/L蒙古韭浸提液对萝卜生长和产量具有一定的化感促进作用,使萝卜体内抗氧化酶保持一定活性,未引起细胞的膜脂过氧化和营养物质的流失,蒙古韭与萝卜间套作存在一定可行性。

    Abstract:

    In order to find the feasibility or intercropping basis of Allium mongolicum and Raphanus sativus, this paper studied the effects of growth and physiological index of R. sativus under treatments of A. mongolicum, which concentration of the external extract was 5-20 g/L. The results showed that: The roots weight, the soluble protein content, free proline content, SOD activity and CAT activity of R. sativus were all promoted by allelopathy when the A.mongolicum extract content was 5 g/L. When the A. mongolicum extract content was 20 g/L, the number of leaves and the the diameter of root were promoted in the period of and cortex splitting stage and harvest stage. The content of soluble sugar of all the treatments did not change significantly. In conclusion, the extract of 5 g/L A. mongolicum can promote the growth and yield of R. sativus to a certain extent, and maintain the activity of antioxidant enzymes in radish, without causing membrane lipid peroxidation and nutrient loss. There is a certain possibility of the feasibility or intercropping of A. mongolicum and R. sativus,
