春玉米茎秆生理生化指标与抗倒伏性的相关性研究

    摘要:

    为探究春玉米生理生化指标与茎秆抗倒伏性的相关关系,以冀西北寒旱区9个春玉米品种为试验材料,测定了与抗倒伏性相关的茎秆基部第三节的压碎强度和穿刺强度。结果表明,不同春玉米品种压碎强度为405.77~675.43 N/mm2,京农科728在成熟期压碎强度最大,为675.43 N/mm2,金农738在大喇叭口期压碎强度最小,为405.77 N/mm2;穿刺强度为237.38~355.68 N/mm2,张粒178在吐丝期穿刺强度最大,为355.68 N/mm2,金农738在大喇叭口期穿刺强度最小,为237.38 N/mm2。其中在吐丝期可溶性糖含量与压碎强度呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.885;在成熟期可溶性蛋白含量与压碎强度呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.926;木质素含量在大喇叭口期和吐丝期与压碎强度和穿刺强度均呈极显著正相关,在大喇叭口期的相关系数分别为0.875、0.992;苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性在大喇叭口期和吐丝期与压碎强度和穿刺强度均呈极显著正相关,在吐丝期的相关系数分别为0.971、0.833;丙二醛含量在整个生育时期与压碎强度和穿刺强度均呈极显著负相关,在成熟期的相关系数分别为0.954、0.831;脯氨酸含量在大喇叭口期和吐丝期与压碎强度呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.885、0.900,其在大喇叭口期与穿刺强度呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.907。参试品种中,京农科728、张粒178的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性、木质素含量和脯氨酸含量均高于其他品种,丙二醛含量均低于其他品种,因此抗倒伏能力较强,抗倒伏性优于其他品种。

    Abstract:

    To explore the correlation between physiological and biochemical indexes of spring maize and lodging resistance of stem, nine different spring maize varieties were used as experimental materials, the crushing strength and puncture strength of the third segment of stem base related to lodging resistance of spring maize varieties were measured. The results showed that the crushing strength of different spring maize varieties ranged from 405.77 to 675.43 N/mm2, the maximum crushing strength of Jingnongke728 was 675.43 N/mm2 at mature stage, the minimum crushing strength of Jinnong738 was 405.77 N/mm2 at the bell mouth stage; and the puncture strength ranged from 237.38 to 355.68 N/mm2, the maximum puncture strength of Zhangli178 was 355.68 N/mm2, the minimum value of Jinnong738 was 237.38 N/mm2 in the big bell mouth stage. There was a significant positive correlation between the content of soluble sugar and the crushing strength, the correlation coefficient was 0.885; there was a significant positive correlation between soluble protein and crushing strength, the correlation coefficient was 0.926; there was a significant positive correlation between lignin content and crushing strength and puncture strength at bell mouth stage and spinning stage, the correlation coefficients were 0.875 and 0.992, respectively; there was a significant positive correlation between the activity of phenylalanine ammonia lyase and crushing strength and puncture strength at the bell mouth stage and silking stage, the correlation coefficients at silking stage were 0.971 and 0.833, respectively; there was a significant negative correlation between MDA content and crushing strength and puncture intensity, the correlation coefficients at mature stage were -0.954 and -0.831, respectively; there was a significant positive correlation between proline content and crushing strength at bell mouth stage and silking stage, the correlation coefficients were 0.885 and 0.900, there was a very significant positive correlation between the puncture intensity and the big bell mouth stage, the correlation coefficient was 0.907. The content of soluble sugar, soluble protein, phenylalanine ammonia lyase, lignin and proline of Jingnongke728 and Zhangli178 were higher than other varieties, and the content of malondialdehyde was lower than other varieties, so the lodging resistance was stronger and better than other varieties.
