    摘要:

    采用70%甲醇溶液超声提取、HPLC-UV法测定细辛中的马兜铃酸Ⅰ的含量,检出限为0.20 ng,回收率为98.5%~103.5%。检测方法简单,分离度好,灵敏度高,稳定性好。细辛根、茎中未检出马兜铃酸Ⅰ,叶中含量为0.031 3~0.087 3mg/kg,远低于药典限量要求0.001%,风险很低。

    Abstract:

    The content of aristolochic acid I in asarum was determined by ultrasonic extraction with 70% methanol solution and HPLC-UV method. The detection limit was 0.20 ng. The recovery rate was 98.5%-103.5%. The detection method is simple, with good separation, high sensitivity, and good stability. Aristolochic acid I was not detected in the roots and stems of asarum, and the content in the leaves was 0.031 3-0.087 3 mg/kg, which was far below the pharmacopoeia limit of 0.001%, and the risk was very low.
