Abstract:This article takes Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture (Qiannan Prefecture) as an example to study the winter management mode of tea plantations in mountainous areas through distributing survey questionnaires, conducting visits and comprehensive analysis. Research suggests that the ownership of tea plantations, product structure, and the quality of management personnel determine the winter management mode and level of tea plantations, with product structure playing a decisive role. Suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of government, enterprises, and tea farmers to improve the winter management level of tea plantations in mountainous areas.
