Abstract:A simple and accurate HPLC method for determining the contents of 9 ginsenosides from P. ginseng was established. In the method, the ginsenosides were extracted ultrasonically by methanol, achieved on a C18 column using a mobile phase made up of acetonitrie and water+0.01% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength and column temperature were set as 203 nm and 50℃, respectively. Results shows that, the liner relationship of 9 kinds of ginsenosides were good in the concentration range of 3.940-245.6 μg/mL,the correlation coefficient was above 0.999,the detection limit was 0.40-2.35 μg/g, the quantitative limit was 1.33-7.75 μg/g, the recovery rate was 93.03%-109.30%, the relative standard deviation was 2.34%-7.47%. The method is simple and cost saving, which could be applied to the quality control and detection analysis of P. ginseng.
