Luomai 76 is a new high-yield and stress-resistant wheat variety approved in Henan Province, which was bred by Luohe Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It has been identified through variety comparison tests, regional tests and production tests in Henan Province. Its yields ranked first and second in the two-year regional tests respectively. The variety has plump grains, high 1000-kernel weight and good commodity quality. With coordinated three yield components, it features stable yield, strong stress resistance and wide adaptability. It provides new germplasm resources for wheat production and breeding, and can serve as a reference for variety popularization.
