    随着人为排放温室气体增加,气候变化逐渐加剧,分析中国苹果适生区及其环境变化趋势,对苹果园规划与生产具有重要指导意义。本研究基于194条苹果(Malus domestica)地理分布记录和27个环境因子数据,研究分析了中国苹果潜在生态适宜区和制约其地理分布的主要环境因子,并预测了不同碳排放水平条件下未来苹果潜在生态适宜区的变化情况。结果表明,在MaxEnt模型训练集和验证集曲线下栽培苹果生态适宜区面积(AUC)均在0.9以上,预测结果可信度高。与当代栽培苹果生态适宜区总面积(223.10万km2)相比,在2040—2060年(2050s)预测温室气体低排放(SSP1-2.6)背景下栽培苹果生态适宜区总面积(217.11万km2)略有缩减,而高排放(SSP5-8.5)背景下适宜区总面积(275.74万km2)明显扩增;在2060—2080年(2070s),预测温室气体低排放和高排放背景下苹果适生区总面积均大幅增加。限制苹果分布的主要环境因素依次为:年平均降水量、土壤酸碱度、最冷季平均温度、土壤有机碳含量、海拔等,其中年平均降水量对苹果地理分布影响最大。

    Abstract:

    As greenhouse gas emissions rise, climate change is intensifying, and analyzing ecologically suitable areas for apple cultivation and their environmental trends in China is crucial for orchard planning and production. Based on 194 geographical distribution records of apples(Malus domestica) and data on 27 environmental factors, this study analyzed the potential suitable habitats for apples across China and the key environmental factors constraining their geographical distribution, and further predicted changes in future potential suitable habitats under different carbon emission scenarios. The results indicated that the area under the curve(AUC) values for both the training and validation datasets of the MaxEnt model for cultivated apples exceeded 0.9, indicating high reliability of the predictions. Compared with the total suitable area under contemporary cultivation(2.231 million ha), the total suitable area under the low greenhouse gas emission scenario(SSP1-2.6) during 2040-2060(2050s) is projected to decrease slightly to 2.171 million ha, whereas under the high emission scenario(SSP5-8.5) it is projected to increase significantly to 2.757 million ha. During 2060-2080(2070s), the total suitable area for apple cultivation is predicted to increase substantially under both low and high emission scenarios. The main environmental factors limiting apple distribution are, in order of importance, mean annual precipitation, soil pH, mean temperature in the coldest season, soil organic carbon content, and altitude, with mean annual precipitation exerting the greatest influence on the geographic distribution of apples.
