Abstract:Rural revitalization, as an important component of national strategy, aims to achieve sustained growth of rural economy and comprehensive improvement of farmers' living standards by activating the endogenous development momentum in rural areas. As the core area for promoting the rural revitalization strategy, povertystricken areas not only shoulder the responsibility of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation, but also contain enormous potential for achieving comprehensive revitalization through endogenous development. This study takes Yan'an City as an example. Firstly, a coupled coordination model was used to evaluate the poverty alleviation achievements of the poverty-stricken areas in Yan'an City in terms of economy, society, culture, and environment. It was found that the four areas have good synergy, but deeper integration is needed to consolidate the poverty alleviation achievements; Secondly, through entropy-grey correlation analysis, it was found that there are significant differences in the influencing factors of endogenous development dynamics among various counties and districts in Yan'an City, and the most counties and districts need to customize precise improvement strategies. Finally, the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA) method was used to identify the high and low configuration paths for enhancing the endogenous development momentum of poverty-stricken areas in Yan'an City. Based on this, the following suggestions were proposed: strengthening multidimensional coordination and integration; implementing differentiated and precise poverty alleviation strategies; focusing on industrial and talent revitalization; consolidating foundational work and comprehensive coordination.
