The basis for determination on the safety heading stage of rice with microcomputer were introduced. By this mathod, the safety heading stage of five rice varieties at 48 locality in Jilin province was analyzed in this paper, The result showed that the safety heading stage is from the twenty sixth of July to the fourth of August under the case of different locality. We propose that the safety-planning culture would be carry out as safety heading stage of rice in the different locality for the high and stable yields.
