大豆子粒几个外观品质性状与其蛋白质含量相关的探讨

    摘要:

    为探讨大豆外观品质性状与其蛋白质含量的关系,本文以我所《北方大豆品种资源系统分类目录》中的512份黄大豆品种资源为材料,分4个熟期组对大豆完全粒率、虫食粒率、褐斑粒率、紫斑粒率与其蛋白质含量进行了相关分析,结果表明:除111—120天熟期组由于材料份数少规律性不强外,其余3个熟期组的完全粒率与蛋白质含量均呈极显著负相关,虫食粒率、褐斑粒率与蛋白质含量呈显著正相关或极显著正相关,说明这3个性状与蛋白质含量的关系极为密切,因此,在进行高蛋白质育种时一定要注意到这一不利因素;紫斑粒率与蛋白质含量呈不显著正相关,育种时可不必特殊考虑。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the relationship between protein content and exterior characters of soybean, 512 materials of yellow soybean varieties listed in 《Systematic classified catalogue of soybean Varieties in north》edited by our institude were separated into foul maturity groups. The correlation of protein content with whole seed rate, brown spot seed rate, insect Pest seed rate and purple spot seed rate were investigated and Analysised. The results indicate: negative Correlation between whole Seed rate and protein content was significant, and the positive Correlation between the rate of insect Pest seed. brown Spot Seed and protein Content was significant or extremally significant in three maturity groups except the maturity group of 110-120 day (don’t regular, have a few materials only), It showed that three Characters were closely related to Protein Content. and should be attended in breeding for high prote-in Content.
