Abstract:The entomophogenic fungus, B. bassiana could not developed and formed spores in temperatures of 5、35、37. and 40℃, but it was grown and sp0rulated well in 20、25 and 30℃, the optimum temperature for mycelial growth and sporulation Was 25℃. The average time to initiate , sporulation at 20、25、30℃. was 3、2 and 4 day respectively.
Since mycelial growth and sporulation of B. bassjana did not occur at temperatures above 35C, it probably will not develop in avian and mammal.
