    利用日本的6个鉴别菌系接种于12个日本的单基因鉴别品种上,在3个不同的氮肥水平下,根据病斑反应型及数量的变化测定不同的氮肥量对水稻品种垂直抗瘟性的影响。试验结果表明,在氮肥量由低到高的过程中感病型的病斑数量增多的占6.9%;病斑反应型由抗病反应型变成了感病反应型的占整个处理的23.6%;其中有13.9%的反应型在中肥区就变成了感病的反应型,有9.7%的反应型在高肥区才变为感病的反应型。由此可见,部分垂直抗性品种的抗病性是受氮肥量影响的,而且有些品种对氮肥很敏感。

    Abstract:

    Under three level of applications of nitrogen fertilizer, six Japanese differential strains of Piricularia oryzae were used to inoculate twelve Japanese singal-gene differential varieties respectively. According to the changes of type and number of lesion, the effect of different applications of nitrogen fertilizer on vertical resistance of rice varieties was tested. The result indicates that with the increase of applications of nitrogen fertilizer, the number of susceptible type which increased lesions, in the number of accounted for 6.9% the types of lesions changing from resistance to susceptibility accounts for 23.6% of total, of which, 13.9% became susceptible ones in mid-lever application of nitrogen fertilizer, and 9.7% in high-level application of nitrogen fertilizer. Thus it can be seen that the vertical resistance of some rice varieties is affected by applications of nitrogen fertilizer, and some of them are more sensitive to nitrogen fertilizer.
