Abstract:Through the large areas of controlling experiment to the diamondack moths, Plutella maculiponnis, caddge butterfly, Pieris rapae, by using difference ratios of 0.1:7.5kg/mu 0.1:50kg/mu (Bacteria liquid: Water/mu) of traditional spraying of Bucillus thuringiensis Var. Galleriae, the results of controlling effcent can be reached at over 82-90%, within 24-48 hours. Meanwhile, the results of controlling effcent to 4-5 instars larvae of the cabbage armyworm, Mamestra brassicae, are about 89.36-90.37%, except the high efficent of controlling diamond-back moths and cabbage butterfly by this kind of the pesticide under 0.15: 50kg/mu So this pesticide have a function to force insect pests to induce eating and bring high results to the late instar larvae of cabbage butterfly and cabbage armyworm. The pesticide of B. thuringiensis Var Galleriae /Sumybus contains 0.3-0.5/1,000 bacteria liquid of 0.05:50 0.1:50kg/mu of permethrin, so its control efficent to sallov melon aphid, and the cabbage aphid can be reached at 68.65-90.69%. After spraying the pesticide at ratio of 0.1:50 or 0.15:50kg/mu to green pepper aphid, the controlling results can be got at 99%. From this test, we can investigate the reducing situation about the chlorosis CMV of the plents after 10 daysr, it can be reached 42.86-71.43%.
The controlling efficent be using BT/Sumybus contains 0.2/1,000 bacteria liquid of 0.5:25 at the liquid of 7.5kg/mu, in ultra content spraying to diamond-back moths, can be reached 93.5%, and by using 0.15:50kg/mu to control P. rapae the fifth instar larvae of cabbage butt- erfly, the results are 55.88-82.35%, and the rate of the damaged larvae is about 100%,but the death of the M. drassicae fifth larvae of cabbage armyworm is about 46.667-63.15%. the rate of damaged larves is about 34.25-49.25%.
