    摘要:

    本实验应用连续浓度梯度聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和分光光度法对番茄子房受粉前后和阻止受粉情况下3种同工酶的变化进行了比较分析。结果表明,在适时受粉的子房中,苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶和谷氨酸脱氢酶同工酶活性升高且酶带增多;而在阻止受粉的子房中,则过氧化物酶同工酶活性升高,酶带增多,同时苹果酸脱氢酶活性降低。本文就这3种酶与番茄的受粉、受精及子房的衰老脱落的关系进行了初步的讨论。

    Abstract:

    Analytical results are reported in this pepar on Peroxidase isozyme, malic dehydrogenase isozyme and glutamate dehydrogenase isozyme in Lycopersicon esculenturn var. Marglobe ovaria pollened and prevented pollenation by means of continuous concentration gradient polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and spectrophotometer. The results indicate that malic dehydrogenase isozyme and glutamate dehydrogenase isozyme activities rise and new isozyme bands appear in pollened ovaria and peroxidase-isozyme activity rise and new isozyme bands appear and malic dehydroge-nase and glutamate dehydrogenase activities lower in prevented pollenation ovaria.
    In the last part of the pepar, relations between the three isozymesand pollenation, fertilization and senescence of tomato are discussedpreliminarily.
