    摘要:

    本文研究了大花君子兰若干品种减数分裂及雄配子体发育的全过程,观察到胞质分裂同时型与陆续型并存及四倍体君子兰小孢子核的无丝分裂等现象。并对其减数分裂时期与花蕾长度的相关关系及花粉母细胞减数分裂过程的不同步现象作了相应的研究。

    Abstract:

    This paper deals with the whole process of meiosis of pollen mother cells and the formation of male gametophyte in Clivia miniata Regel. Observations indicated that simultanecus type and successive type exist simultaneously in the cytokinesis. It was found that normal tetradsof tetraploid Clivia miniata Regel are usually produced in the process of meiosis, but there are amitosis in some nuclei of microspores. The correlations between meiosis, Phase and lenth of flower-buds were studied, and incomplete synchronism of meiosis was observed in the experiment。
