    摘要:

    以Ht1A为抗源,不同大斑病(Helminthosporium turcicum pass.)抗性玉米自交系为轮回亲本,用回交方法转育成Ht1近等位基因同型系,以中感自交系配制成不同基因型的杂交组合,并从病斑数、病斑面积和产孢量三个方面研究单基因抗性在生产上的利用可能性。结果表明,中感自交系转入Ht1A基因后,其杂交组合的病斑数目并未减少,而病斑面积及其单位面积产孢量均表现显著减少,证实Ht1A单基因抗性对控制病菌孢量和延缓大斑病害流行有一定实用价值。

    Abstract:

    The corn (Zea mays, L.) isoinbreds with gene Ht1 were obtained from backcross method in which corn inbreds with different resistance to the corn leaf blight and those with the gene Ht1A were used asrecurrent parents and the resistant resource,respectively.Application ofthe monogenic resistance in corn prcduction was analyzed on the basis of the lesion numbers, the lesion size and the spore numbere. It was shown that the lesion numbers of the mid-susceptible corn inbreds with the transformed Ht1A was not reduced but the lesion size and thespore numbers was significantly decreased. It was suggested thatthe monogenic resistance was useful to contrell spore numbers and to delay the desease prevalence in corn prcduction.
