    摘要:

    通过对2 558份大豆种质资源田间夏播,用SMV混合毒原人工摩擦接种鉴定,初步筛选出50余份抗源。鉴定结果表明在2558份种质资源中未发现免疫的材料,抗病的仅8份,占总数的0.3%;中抗的47份,占总数的1.8%;中感的434份,占总数的17%;感病的1405份,占总数的54.9%;高感的664份,占总数的26%。确认抗性最佳的为阜75-1、齐黄22、鲁豆4等8份。
    对田间初选抗源及近年来外引抗源共100余份,在网室内进行SMV1、2、3号株系的人工接种鉴定,从中筛选出近60份专抗及兼抗性抗源。确认兼抗三个株系的有沈8655,茶豆74-7-4和山东84037,抗SMVI号株系和抗或中抗SMV2、3号株系的有8份,中抗SMV1、2、3号株系的有13份,从专化性看,抗1号株系的有饼17份,抗2号株系的有6份.抗3号株系的有9份。

    Abstract:

    2558 accessions of soybean germplasm, planted in early summer, were evaluated for resistance to soybean mosaic virus (SMV) by artificial inoculation with mixed SMV. More than fifty of resistant accessions were screened out The result showed None was immune, 8 (0.3%) accessions were resistant to SMV. 47 (1.8%) modertely resistant and 434 (17.9% ) moderately susceptible. 1405 (54.0%) susceptible and 664 highly susceptible.
    More than 100 accessions of resistant resources from above screening and introduction were identified further in solarium by artificial inoculation with SMV strain 1,2 and 3 respectively. 60 speific resistan and facultative resistant sourees were screened out. Shen 8655, Chadou 74-7-4 and Shandong 84037 were resistant to three strains 8 accessions were resistant to strain 1 and moderaterely sistant to strain 2 or 3.l3 aecessions were moderately resistant to the three strains, l7,6 and 9 accessions were reistant to strain l,2 and 3 respectively
