The optimum density model for high-yielding rice variety-R22 was dicussed in general agronomical meatures conditions by the studied on optimum density model of rice in the paper. The results showed: In the experimental conditions, the optimum density model for variety-R22 was: spacing between rows 30 cm, hill spacing 1620 cm, 35 seedlings per hill, yield 9 216 kg per hm².
